Online Birth Classes
Our online birth class covers everything from what to expect from the beginning of early labor to the moment you meet your baby. This course will include tools for coping in labor and information on all of your options for pain relief. You’ll feel confident knowing what options you have and how to write a birth plan that fits YOUR birth wishes.
This class is a perfect fit for ALL birthing folks- Homebirth, Birth Center, and Hospital. Drawn to an epidural or medication? Determined not to use medication? Great, this class is for you!

In-home Birth Class
Birth isn’t one size fits all. Your birth class shouldn’t be either.
Let’s spend some time together, planning for your birth. We’ll cover everything you need to know about early labor through bringing your baby into your arms. Each class is tailored just for you. Planning an induction? Wondering how to cope? Feeling nervous about a c-section? We’ll cover that! Don’t go into labor wondering what you should know. Feel empowered for each step and all the unexpected. You’ll be able to ask all your questions in a class dedicated to your needs. We offer private classes virtually or in-home.

In-home Baby Care & Feeding
Get an in-depth understanding of feeding and infant care. We’ll cover topics like, “how to tell if my baby is getting enough?”, “do I need a pump? and “how do I use this thing?”. Build your confidence and give yourself a head start in understanding your baby.
Class includes an hour of hands-on learning: giving you feedback on your baby setup, showing you how to use some of the baby gadgets you’ve acquired, or walking you through any other burning baby questions.
